Phew! I managed to stay within my calories yesterday!!!
(i gave in to a bowl of ice cream i was worried was going to put me over the top)
By the way, I do NOT recommend the Thai Kitchen rice noodle bowls. I had one for lunch and it was like thin plastic strips in hot seasoned water.
Tonight, I seriously doubt I stay within my calories... since I'm giving up drinking in excess the next semester (except on special occasions like birthdays and green beer day) I'm going to go all out tonight. Especially so I forget the fact that I'm in an over the top glitzy dress that matches my BFFs when we go to a party where no one else is dressing up. Hopefully dancing will help work off some of those alcoholic calories.
I had a healthy breakfast and am planning on a nice little lunch and an hour and a half to two hour work out session this afternoon.
