I have all the Atkins diet books, starting with Dr. Atkins first from the 70's. While the message and the diet remain the same in all the books the one that has shed the most light is The New Atkins for the New You. Its not always what you say but how you say it. It just made it easy for me to grasp.
Since following the diet guidelines I feel so much better. It feels more like a splurge than a diet. Anyway I like it and it fits so I plan to stay with this.
