what a pleasant surprise, I ate rather healthy today, hope to make this anew habbit, have been told that I'm not to do too much exercise until they know if the lung clots have dissolved. am hoping it will happen soon, I start a good challenge soon which is ideal for me. the move it & lose it, 5 mins of exercise each hour you are awake. looking forward to trying to do this
