Yesterday went very well. I attribute that to taking care of myself first! My workout revved my engine and set me up for a high energy level day. The VENTI STARBUCKS probably played a major factor in my energy level as well!!!

Doctor was pleased with Mother in laws health. No changes. At 95, she does very well. It's mostly mental issues that are very trying. Not severe enough for intervention, but trying. I am happy that we are able to provide for her. Poor eyesight and hard of hearing is also in the mix...but it was a nice outing and the fresh air and exercise did her good. No wheelchair yesterday, she used her walker from the parking lot. What a trooper!

I unwound with a Bud lite lime after watering the flowers and gardens...then hubby and I had a very nice Mexican meal. It was the perfect way to start the weekend. Have a great weekend everyone!
