Today's Math Lesson:
Burn 500 calories per day x 6 days = 3,000 calorie deficit...plus
Eat 100 calories less per day x 7 days = 700 calorie deficit...
Total deficit per week = 3,700 calories = MATHEMATICALLY, I should be able to lose 1 pound per week.

Up my workout a bit and tweak my RDI a bit for a week and lets see what happens???

Have a great day and most of all, HAVE A PLAN! :)

Sounds like a solid plan, and very much like what my doctor recommended to me :)

Weight loss isn't a math problem, it's a metabolic problem. What and when you eat are more important than how much you eat.

I like the numbers! I like to check out the average cals per day for each month. Mine have fallen dramatically since I started almost without effort. Keep it up!

I did the numbers to take off my excess weight, and it worked. But also found that I had to watch the processed sugar stuff and diet pop. They messed with the math. But fruit and veggies and rice helped! Who'd of thought!?! Think everybody seems to have their glitch food...some dairy, some breads, etc. I found out by logging in everything to see the patterns of what my body did. Give your plan a solid shot and observed what your body does. It is all about adjustment to get to the goals! I like your planning and passion! good luck. Find your balance! j

Great idea, very similar to what I am doing. I think its a great idea and I think it works with a little tinkering on the foods.
