Been sick for a few days feeling good today. Gained a few pounds. I feel it's because I had to eat and drink stuff to feed my flu. My sugar numbers were really high because of the medicine and the 7-up I was drinking for my stomach. I also have to be honest with my self and not stop at Mc Donald's on my road trips. Today exercising with Shaun T. again I'm also going to buy one of those exercise meter things this week. I'm helping at the animal shelter this morning then a Mary Kay Party I really don't like those things but I like the people having the party.

Thank you. It was strange my body aches were really bad. Glad it's over I start teaching in a week. Plus are weather changed drastically. We went from the 60's at night to low 40's plus we live in the mountains so we have the cold brisk air. Then we had rain for a few days. It's beautiful and the rain is much needed but it really cooled everything off. Have a great weekend. Thank you for th support.
