My first entry. I'm new to this, I normally don't write, I rather draw, so I guess I'll try to combine these two ways.
Last night, after I don't know how many weeks of skipping Pilates and eating a lot of ice cream and potato chips, (but also biking more than I've done in months), and before going to bed, guilty and feeling like a whale, I weigh myself, the scale look back to me with very bad news, 79 kilos!
I have not been this heavy in years, last April I was 72 kilos and I was already feeling bad! It was almost 2 am and I just couldn't sleep, that is when I got up and signed in again, no excuses, I need to go back in track, I really don't want to go back to 85 kilos ever again.
Bye, bye chips...
