1479 kcal Fat: 55.68g | Prot: 52.50g | Carb: 208.00g.   Breakfast: Bananas, Hard-Boiled Egg, Wegmans Frozen Mixed Berries, Quaker Instant Oatmeal - Regular. Lunch: Apples, Peppermint (Mint), Athenos Natural Crumbled Feta Cheese, Archer Farms Farro, Kale, Red Onions, Olive Oil, Lemon Juice (Canned or Bottled). Dinner: Beef Stew with Potatoes and Vegetables (Including Carrots, Broccoli, and/or Dark-Green Leafy) in Tomato-Based Sauce. Snacks/Other: Chocolate Chip Cookies (with Butter), Plums, Oregon Chai The Original Chai Tea Latte Mix. more...
