So my gym is now having a 12 week end of year challenge which ends with a huge christmas party. I entered a sculpt challenge to see just what kind a results I can get with a 52 year old womans body. I am within 8 lbs of my goal weight so the added motivation and 3 months free membership are added bonus. It all kicks off August 27th. Daughters Wedding is Sept 28th. I love Science!
