I was hungry the live long day yesterday!! Didn't eat anything off limits, but portion control went out the window. Up a pound this morning, but still under 200! PTL! Today is better, I must be careful and not creep back up across that line. I know it is just a number, but it is such a milestone for me. I think it has been 20 years since I was under 200.
