I was hungry the live long day yesterday!! Didn't eat anything off limits, but portion control went out the window. Up a pound this morning, but still under 200! PTL! Today is better, I must be careful and not creep back up across that line. I know it is just a number, but it is such a milestone for me. I think it has been 20 years since I was under 200. Hope you all have a wonderful day.

Every time you're tempted to go over the line, just tell yourself, "200...200". You're doing great!

My weight goes up and down daily no matter how close I stick to my food plan. Then last month I gained 6 lbs. that drove me crazy but today I am back down 4 of those pounds. Tomorrow it will go up again I'm sure but maybe I've finally broken my set point of 170. I was over 200 for 11 years and it drove me nuts. Today I know my body has a mind of its own and when my body decided along with my head to drop below that I was finally able to drop to where I am now. That was 2 1/2 years ago. Never ever give up. It will finally happen for you. 13 years ago I was 357 and never want to go back there

It's funny how some days are like that where you are hungrier than normal. I wish we had a magic wand to wave it away. We both know you just have to "shake it off". Good luck today. Sending hugs and prayers. 🤔 🙏 💐

So happy you are under 200. It is really a big deal. I have 3 more pounds and I will be there also. Been over 20 years too. Such an awesome thing to look forward to. Keep going. You are an inspiration to us all
