Had two great days of exercise and eating, and woke up to a weight gain. Don't let this throw you. Believe in yourself, and trust the process. The plumpness I feel in my legs lets me know my muscles are growing. Bigger muscles burn more calories and weigh more. Don't freak out. Just keep making the right choices. I do feel a nap in my near future today...
