I was 54 last week. I weighed myself on Wednesday. I couldn't believe I'm 53 as it might be water weight. Yesterday, 53. Today, 52.5. Yay. This 1kg is very hard to lost. I must keep on going. :)
Sorry for the serious MIA. I hate recording my diet calendar even though I know it does help me to control what I eat and makes me workout more. Just doing this tires me a lot and I stress out when I record high calorie food and makes me guilty of eating that. I told myself taking good care of myself is supposed to be fun and enjoying. If I feel upset about it, I'm not doing things I like. Hence, I'm not going to do the recording work as diligently as last holiday. Well, I just need some time to adjust my motivation etc. Prolly, I will do food and workout recording again. Yay!
No matter which methods I use to lose those kilos, I'm still me.
