I just finished the first day of fasting and now into the 29th hour and have lost 4.4 lbs. I am planning on doing 3-5 days in total. I know part of the weight loss is water, but I have really trimmed down and a lot of the bloating is gone. I needed some motivation to kick start my healthy lifestyle again and lose some pounds as my weight was just going up and I couldn't stop the sugar binges. I am hoping to lose about 10-12 pounds during this fast and then will graduate to IF (intermittent fasting) and perhaps one 24 hour fast a week. My personality seems to work in extremes so it is either eating tons of sweets or doing fasting and IF. I haven't yet been able to find a middle ground. I am also lucky that I am off for the summer so I can relax during the fasting and go for an 8-10 km walk in the forest/mountain about 100m from my house.
188.5 lb Lost so far: 9.5 lb.    Still to go: 9.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
