Alright I need to stop thinking about the diet and stressing about it. It's cool to follow a diet, right? just as cool as intuitive eating. The stress level though. Also I kind of never recovered from last cycle of training, did a light run day before this cycle, and then since my leg day and yesterday's push day and today's pull day I'm just so destroyed. I have trouble biking, walking to lab, staying alert. It's like a combination of under recovery and lack of sleep and bad caffeine cycle and very slow digestion. I mean I ate huge kale salads both sunday and monday, and my stomach clears up pretty fast, but it's just the feeling that everything is going so, slow, on my mind and body, that's making it stressful.

Last night I was almost seriously considering becoming an ovo-lacto vegetarian (bc I still need high protein), and then I realized I should also include fish, but then again realized that's basically what Jayson's diet is except for chicken and turkey, lol. SO that basically means I'd be quitting only red meat, which is high in iron and b12, right? Why would I do that? Our lab's postdoc's cousin is vegetarian I think and she has very low RBC count that she has to take iron supplement. I think there's a correlation to the diet and the nutrition deficiency for sure. I'm not gna risk that hahaha. So, sorry animals, I'm still a carnivore.
