Today I kept under my RDI. Sooo happy about it! And I am eating lots of fruits these days, cherries, berries, peach and so on. Of course I check the calories, but I just enjoy them a lot. It is also good to have some fruits when I start to feel hungry, so I can postpone the meal.
I go to bed with an almost empty stomach and when I wake up in the morning there is a great light, energetic feeling in my body.

I love waking up feeling light, and ready to start over! I too go to bed nearly empty, I eat a Dannon light & fit yogurt about 2 hours before bed. You know? You don't want to feel hungry...I hate going to bed hungry.

Thank you so much for your advice Shapeshift! I agree, yesterday I was a bit too hungry when going to bed. I will also leave some space within my RDI and have a small light, healthy snack before going to bed.
