A remorseful Friday, in respect for the victims in Nice, France. Yesterday, I worked out again at LA Fitness, and was telling myself not to overdo it, over and over again. I wanted to temper my running to 10 minutes down from 12 minutes, the Wednesday before, but as I got into it, I felt good, and noticed my maximum heart rate was remaining around 155 BPM, so I did my 12 minutes, and fairly easily. Today, I have a bit more energy, but more muscle pain. I finished my weight workout more quickly, than my last workout. Off to the Orange County Fair to see Styx tonight. Have a wonderful, Friday!
My Pomegranate Tree is bearing fruit again, and I included this link to the "WONDER FRUIT". lol

Those Pomegranate pictures look good. It's about 5 bucks here for a bottle of it in juice form. And I am talking 16 ounces or less. Maybe I will buy some in the future just to enjoy it in a glass with ice for savoring once in a while.

Josh, those seeds are difficult to eat anyway, so it is best in juice form anyway.

Warrenwinter I just checked my fridge & I have Pomegranate Juice. It is 64 ounces. I probably paid a $2.50 for it. About 130 calories for an 8 ounce serving. Just enjoyed a shot glass worth of it. But I still look forward to buying the more genuine stuff.
