Here is my journal so far for today! Breakfast-a cup of kelloggs cereal with blueberries-no problem there b/c they are delicious and low in fat!!
Lunch-pasta with sauce, a meatball and a piece of veal. Ohh and 1/2 panzerotto with mozzarella and pepperoni. (carbs galore--I know). I'll try less for dinner.
Snacks- a pear and a small snack pack of lays potato chips. (a.m.) (They were in the staffroom-It was Halloween yesterday and chips are my weakness). a small piece of carrot cake and a homemade cookie. (p.m.)
Dinner-a bowl of minestrone soup and a piece of vegetable quiche.
