Okay. Jayson has been sacrificing a lot by joining me for churros and ice-cream and even boba tea. Like. I sometimes really forgot how strict and cruel his diet is and the fact that I really eat A LOT whenever I go out.

Also, to be honest this week I've been binge eating everything, I ate a whole jar of pb last week, a whole bag of cereal and a bag of almonds and 2 bags of granola I guess in the past 5 days. Everyday has been my high carb day literally. I'm so done. My waist is getting thicker obviously and somehow my butt look smaller than before and that's kind of frustrating. Good thing now is that all my carbs snacks are gone so I have no excuse to eat anything excessively. Hopefully adding more running and core workouts into my days this week will kill my new fat buildup faster.

I'm not going to be upset about myself. I liked what I ate. lol.
