I am very pleased to announce that I have not had to take my asthma pump for a couple of weeks now-no sign of need. In addition, I hurt my back in June, had an xray which disclosed a herniated disk. I was in pain for a few months and scheduled myself for surgery in January. Sudenly, I have been able to do without taking any pain medications, which I started out taking four pills a day to two, then to every other day to every three days, then I tried this week going without for one week-did it and have remained from the medications. I attribute it to GOD first, time and patience, and last to feeling better with less weight. I am not cured, however.
