So I'm just starting this whole workout gig...got a gym membership and hitting it hard. I hadn't weighed myself in a while and assumed I was around 240 lbs. Turns out I'm at 256.4. 215 here I come!!!
256.4 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 41.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
