bummer i gain 5lb.. idk know why.. i think mabye due not exercise very much.. but oh well.. i will try my best.. but today is my root canal .. >.>.. i am doing good and i still use healthy diet to check my weight..
i will try my best to manage my weight and to do keep trying with more exercise after root canal! =)
