I changed my goal weight. It's a 20lb goal rather than my tota weight loss goal. I Hope to find my motivation again after vacation. I only gained about a pound from the low I had attained after the fat fast I did a few weeks back so I'm proud of myself for that. Not that I didn't cheat a lot while I was vacationing but I did exercise a heck of a lot more.
