This isn't a win or a lose for me. It's not the direction I want to go, but all things considered, this isn't wholly bad. I'd say my win for May was managing my emotional eating as I worked through being "let go to pursue other opportunities" from my job of 11 years. I've focused less on numbers and more on self-care... I'm glad to see that has left me reasonably controlled.
It does put me into a slight pinch considering a goal I have for end of July. Still within reach, but now it's really time to refocus.
