my weight still same since i just lost 5lb while ago.. but i have a lazy Friday day.. i was just stay home , doing some housework and clean up children toys to sent goodwell due my boys dont play them anymore cause they get older =).. and i just want take break from walking workout.. but just walk around my home like check farm animals, give feeds, move straws. etc.. and relxa at home .. and still on my diet.


also i have majior menteal over candies or junk for few min cause i was in like awful grumpy and i was fighting myself to not get junks and then i had ate 3 fat bombs pieces to contral my ugre to eat junk.. but it work!.. thank goodness.. it really hard to not to eat those surgery junks..

but i did it! what a day for me =)
225.0 lb Lost so far: 25.0 lb.    Still to go: 35.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Amber, those old behaviors are more ingrained in us than our new way of eating, you will battle with the beast often in the beginning, but as time goes by and you stick with it, it gets easier. You have to replace the old bad habits with new good ones, you are doing great, so proud of you!
