MadamePiggy's Journal, 19 October 2011

My husband told me last night, that he somehow thought I was going to decide to get healthy someday... but that obviously I don't think he deserves an active, healthy wife. I'm torn between beating him with a 2x4, or going on a diet... I just really like food that tastes good, and I'm not good at denying myself things I want....

Hi, you don't have to deny yourself anything. I would just suggest eating in moderation. And find something that gets you moving! I just recenty bought a Zumba dvd and now I can't get enough of it. I even got up at 4am this morning. And I hate exercising. And as for your husband, well...mmm, I'm going to leave that alone. But YOU deserve it and before you can do it for him, do it for you.

I'm in the same boat. Did you read what my husband said the other day? OMG men sure do suck sometimes.

That's so bad! I weigh about 15 pounds less than my husband... and I thought he didn't notice my weight, but now I feel so ashamed and hurt, and just mortified that I've let it get this bad.

Me too. I weigh abot 30 pounds less then my husband, but he's 13 inches taller than me too. :( I had no idea he felt like that. Sure did give me incentive. Especially when he apologized.
