I didn't weigh in yesterday 'cause my weight was up a couple of pounds, but I suspected it was not accurate. Sure enough, it was not. I think they have a new cook at one of the places I go all the time 'cause I keep getting sick there. Of course, I keep getting sick on things I shouldn't be eating to begin with, so it could just be my body telling me that that food is BAD! Either way, got my flu shot the other day, down a couple of pounds. Energy level is steadily increasing. New job is fabulous (though sometimes frustrating, but that's to be expected). No complaints...just need to find a workout I think I can stick with through the winter...or a place to work out.
