Hi. Today saturday I started my day with a glass of OJ and my multyvs, I knew the day was going to be tuff. I went to a lunch I tryed to stock on vegees but the ribs were to good to past, at dinner a few slices of turky. Iam trying...., I never have been in a diet,. I dont know anything about cal, carbs, or the other stuff, suggestions are welcome thank you.

Why don't you get the South Beach Diet book and try to read up a little on it? Maybe that's somewhere to start so you'll have an idea of where to go. It might help you see that you can still eat lots of things that are healthy and will help you to drop some weight without feeling like you are suffering so much. Just an option for you.
