Hi. Today saturday I started my day with a glass of OJ and my multyvs, I knew the day was going to be tuff. I went to a lunch I tryed to stock on vegees but the ribs were to good to past, at dinner a few slices of turky. Iam trying...., I never have been in a diet,. I dont know anything about cal, carbs, or the other stuff, suggestions are welcome thank you.
