Today is a slob out day. Wandered the beach this morning and a lush crab salad for lunch. Tonight is an indian take away so I'm opting for spicy baked chicken tikka with some salad, dahl and a plain roti. Tomorrow were off to Edinburgh so I know I will walk that Off! I promised myself before we came away that holiday did not mean free licence to eat without thought. So far I have kept it up. I hope the scales don't punish me when I get home 😬
