I still weigh the same as in February 22, 2016 I have been eating the same but I haven't been working out i know I really have to fit some type of workout in my schedule but I just haven't done so.
145.0 lb Lost so far: 10.0 lb.    Still to go: 15.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
