Good Morning you beautiful spawn!

I love the feeling of my hands in the dirt, in the paint, in the arts. I love the feeling of sculpting my own world. I love the way you need to “learn” before you can “do”. I love the pride in a job well done...

With that said i often wonder why...i choose to be in a lifeless career...one that only pays the bill and doesnt pay off like the way a good hard workout does..why do i suffer, when my passion is with clothing, and SHOES, decorating and beauty. As a kid, i grew up wanting to be an interior or fashion designer but took the "safe" route of business..now in the industrial contruction field...mundane..dull...i am striving more then ever to turn something mundane into the magical. HOw i wish i woulda followed my gut..i wouldnt be in this rut.

I know its not too late EVER but A couple of road blocks include:

Where i live: Not really saaavy in the industries im interested in

Funds: Or lack there of. as a single house parent, coins are limited

Confidence: Also lack there of. Even things like waitressing... that i know i am cabable of but always wanted to do for fun, as a side job, i dont because im scared to screw up but thats part of it, the learning as you go that i love, that you grow as a person and find your inner awesome-er...a good diet and excercise will help with this!

Im also not scared of change...im scared of failure..and in a strange way success. Self sabotaging is the pitts, why do we do this? Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate...our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. it is our light, not our darkness that most frightens us. We often ask ourselves, who am i to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented, fabulous? US PLAYING SMALL DOES NOT SERVE THE WORLD

...i could go on for days, but these arent road blocks these are excuses. Im tired of saying "im not a quitter" in regard to a career change. I am DRIVEN I just need to be take the leap, cause man i sure have the faith. Has anyone been in this situation before??

Diet and Excercise are on que..i would tell you all about it but there is only so much to be said about tuna and celery...

Have a great day 280 of 365, All my best,

Jenn

Good Morning Jenn, I really enjoyed reading this. Have you read Jillian Michaels: Unlimited?? Something I'm reading right now and I can relate on so many levels to what you're talking about. Best of luck with everything; going outside your comfort zone is when things change and sometimes there is a lot of anxiety that comes with that, but you have to believe you can...why not you; you have every right.
