Plenty of exercise today but quit high calorie intake but I'm happy it's all been good quality food. Huge seafood tagliatelle to cook tonight with my favourite bisque sauce but I may leave out most of cream! We always have a pudding on the weekend so tonight it's almond pancake with fresh Strawberry compote. Sugar and almost carbohydrate free for my diabetic hubby
