Getting there. Increased exercise to a minimum of 20 lengths swimming daily and a 15 min sauna. Hopeful to reach goal weight before return visit to UK at the end of June 😜
230.0 lb Lost so far: 26.0 lb.    Still to go: 20.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
