Starting the Diet Doctor's Low Carb 2 week challenge...I really need to pay attention to what I'm doing for myself and my health and not get so wrapped up in the cares and tribulations of others - Especially since I can only listen to the tales of others - Can't do much of anything else - Overeating certainly isn't doing anything to help comfort THEM, after all... Even though I showed a small gain yesterday - at the end of a 70 hour fast, by the way - Today I finally registered on the keto stick - I was getting discouraged - So things are looking up. Still enjoying going to the fitness center - need to get my routine down and/or walk on the treadmill to get my knees in shape for using the elliptical (which is what I REALLY want to use, but my knees won't cooperate just yet...)
