I was reading a woman's comment about her journey (she lost 120 lbs) and she said at one point she stayed at the same weight for 3 months. She kept on dieting though, mostly because she was afraid to quit. During that time she noticed her body changing shape, particularly her hips. Then suddenly she lost 15 lbs over a 2 week period. Bodies are weird!!!

Interesting Trackin...our bodies ARE so weird! Maybe the fat is loosening up for its exit lol (nice thought). @Carmen, come to think of it, panic may be my way of keeping on track (hmmm...). I actually planned on induction yesterday but got distracted with my lowfat eggo waffles and weight watchers ice cream. The ice cream is tiny cones, 90 calories each and I'm thinking, this isn't really diet, its super expensive ice cream in smaller portions! Well, stops me from eating more so that's what counts, right?

@Florida - maybe those cones are "portion training." Occasionally I'll buy Haagen Das and they say a serving is 1/2 cup. That's never going to happen.

I've been stuck, too. 160 since Jan 1. Keto diet. No gain, but no loss.
I do have more energy, eat much less proportions, & have lost a bit of inches in midsection.
