So today I am on a semi fast too, I ended up eating a little bit north of 1000 calories on Thursday. Fasted for the most part on Wednesday.
Today it's 11:30 and I am at 230 calories I think.

There is the danger of your metabolism slowing down, but this fasting feels good and not eating a lot feels good too. I am listening to my body.
I have been in moderate Ketosis since Wednesday, it feels good, slightly euphoric, lots of energy and clarity of mind.
