So yesterday I FINALLY got back on the treadmill. It's a good start... got to build up my endurance for the tournament Saturday.
Also, I ate so much yesterday... 4 slices of pizza... so I had to get some exercise. The hardest part is getting started.
Must get back on tonight.
Should not have had that spinach pie for lunch.... sitting pretty heavy right now.
