I've missed your posts! 

Ditto thought you had forgotten about us 

Could be that a virus contributes a little bit, but lack of will, discipline and knowledge are the primary culprits of obesity. And I speak as one that has quite a few pounds to go in order to reach my goal. As I begin moving towards my goal, I do see quite a few people making poor food and lifestyle choices. Unfortunately, they are not motivated to do something about it. It will probably take a health catastrophe to change their behavior, which is sad.. 

Poor food choices is a hotly contested concept, being more specific would be useful. I'm confident in putting sugar in the poor choice category, junk food is another one that's safe to put in the poor choice category, but junk food is a broad term.  

I've missed your posts also.

And does the virus that all the obese have come from the "improvements" made to the wheat and processing of the "food" we eat? 

Hello Phil, blkbear & brenda! 😀 Missing you all too! I've just tried to not be so stressed about diet & lifestyle lately. I've been trying to fly on autopilot, and enjoy life...lol.  

I thought about putting it on cruise control about a month ago, I'm guessing you're in about the same place in your journey as I am; it's become so ingrained that you don't really think about it anymore, you just do it. And that's how LCHF is supposed to work! Still, it's good to see you popping in every now and then. :)
