today i had my last binge. seriously. october is my birthday month and i am going to focus on getting my diet back up to 1700 calories a day - where i won't have to binge! because 1700 calories makes room for a LOT of allowances. especially since i know i can live off a tiny number of calories to compensate, if need be. i know i can have 400 calories over two meals, leaving me with 1300 for the extra one if i want to splurge! only have 3kg to go. should be able to get rid of them in 2 weeks, if i stop binge eating (which i officially will!) then i'll build my calories up to the optimal level. and then i will watch my diet like a hawk so that i NEVER have to go through this again! (at least, not until i've had a baby, anyway :P)
