worked my butt off in the yard (lactic acid in muscles, retain water) a bit of indulgence (biscuit at moose breakfast) and of course I gained..to 211.x, over the last 24 hours I've been taking in liquid like the titanic sinking (water, ice tea) and peeing like a diuretic race horse (diuretic:promotes the production of urine)....result: i'm back below 210 AGAIN! BUT STILL CAN'T SEEM TO HIT MY 205!...206.5 WAS MY LOWEST!
grudgingly, I quess I can live with where I'm at...so I'll reset the 'goal' weight on my profile and concentrate on maintaining this level...
