just back from a week of vacation and wedding in Chicago. Very difficult to stay on track especially since there were certain foods I had to have...My routine for going back home. I did notice that in drinking POP, i feel very bloated. I am thinking it is the artificial sweeteners that is the culprit. In any event - yesterday started the total Sugar-Free diet again and lets move past this plateau and on to the last 10 lbs to shed.
