Loved stepping on the scale the last few days. Love that I am getting past my plateau, recovered from my trip to Chicago and living Sugar Free- Artificial Sweetener FRre.
this morning my waist is 36.5 inches. I haven't seen that in years. I am going to need to go shopping for professional clothes soon.
182.0 lb Lost so far: 14.0 lb.    Still to go: 7.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
