Here's the interesting thing about the keto diet, if you don't keep your fat intake at least 70% of your calories, you're going to feel sluggish and tired. The reason being is because keto is all about using fat as energy as a temporary replacement for carbs.

If you eat lower than 70% in fat, you will lose some energy. I know if I eat below 70% fat, I wake up a little more tired today than I were yesterday, but still not as bad as when my meals were 70% carbs, which was [every single morning, grogginess]. The Keto diet isn't a high protein diet, it's a high fat diet.

All my educated keto vets already know, but this is for the outsiders and kiddies who think the keto diet is just another Atkins diet. Nutritional Ketosis all day every day.

Hey Bcoulal, a big thanks for logging your foods. I think I will make your LCHF chili on Sunday for the week and alternate between your Monday and Tuesday 1 meal per day all week. What a perfect example of LCHF and very simple. - Ches(keto beginner)
