Ugh, what a week! I jacked up my back on Monday and by Tuesday, I couldn't even straighten up. Had to go see my DO for a treatment and she said "No gym for 3 days, no weight training until next week"

So I'm kind of at loose ends, hubby is working out of town and with no gym, I have lots of time on my hands. Most of which has been spent goofing off watching TV. And eating snacks instead of real food. God help my weigh-in next week!

Today is Thursday and I still can't quite stand up straight, still in pain and bored out of my skull. On the plus side, my back feels a little better every day so I just need to hang in there until I can get back to normal. Oy!
