Ok.. Up a lot of pounds from binge drinking and mota with my hubby... I should've known better. I was honestly scared of the scale, I avoided it for a week. Today was my moment of truth, we all know the #'s don't lie (unless your battery is running out of juice) today I hit the supermarket (should've hit the treadmill but I didn't) stocked up on green juice essentials..kale, spinach.. I just read article about Rob Kardashian and he's lost already 60 lbs.. Supposedly on green juice. Gonna try it too!!
