Time and time again I tried to fix the date I started and the weight I started my downward tend. I suck at figuring it out. In the mean time I had to eat things before I went to bed to make sure I had enough carbs and not too little calories. Seems I cannot get much straight today. Thank the Lord above for the great day I had today. Went outside my comfort zone back to rebuild friendships visited an old friend and his family tonight. Better than the last three nights I was out after 10 pm they were nights at the laundary mat.

Robin welcome seems that you are trying out for low carb high fat diet...is there some one there that is helping you choose the food you are eating....

Using what we have in the house to choose what foods we have that meet the low carb lifestyle changes. 12 years ago I gradually changed from low carb into following more of the items my been husband enjoyed. Over these past few months used up rice, canned fruit, corn, noodles, & such as a preparing measure I knew I would be making at some point as mentality preparation was achievable to get back to a low carb lifestyle. Accidents, medication weight gain, treating ourselves, and more added to my weight gain of over 140 lbs. over this marriage. Currently my husband after getting scary chewing out by his doctor has been moved to join me as support and for his own health as he works on controlling his blood sugar levels.
