Today was my first day on Atkins, all and all it went well, except around noon when I came home from work I was starving. But I made a good meal of salmon and snow peas with butter. Also had some watermelon, and I felt good. I should so some exercise, but I'm not at that point yet. Just want to get the eating down first, and then the exercise. I hope I can do this, I need to loose the weight for my health. I don't want to take any meds for diabetic conditions. Of which I am boarderline. My blood sugar this morning was 147. I will try to check it often. Not A bad day at work either today, hope this lo carb diet will help my in my overall outlook
