Even though it is only day two, I feel pretty successful.
Yesterday I had way under my net carbs, which I'm not really sure if that is a good thing.
For breakfast this morning I had 3 eggs, 1 piece of pork roll and one of the cracker barrel cheese sticks shredded on top. All for only 1 carb! I am very full and satisfied.
I will probably only use 2 eggs in the future though and am going to buy the reduced fat cheese. I feel like even though it's all low carb I don't want to consume that much fat.
Probably going to have salad for lunch with grilled chicken, mushrooms, cucumbers and oil/vinegar dressing.
Dinner I have no idea yet, so far away! I'm thinking about spaghetti squash but I only really like it with tomato sauce which I would need to go pick up from the store (and find one that is low carb/sugar).
Well hopefully I won't stray too much today!
