I think I did good today! I have 3/4 cup multi grain cherrios with 1/2 cup milk for breakfast. 1/4 cup of my left over chipotle-- chicken,lite sour cream, lite cheese, tons of pinto and black beans, and corn and tomato salsas, fajita mix in bol, also a banana and a small glass of coke. I had a 90 cal special k fiber bar for snack and sante fe chix soup (black beans, green chilis, corn, tomatoes). So far I've had 40 oz water and still counting.
