Trying to calm my stomach during a migraine resulted in a carb explosion today: English muffin at breakfast, another one at lunch, bagel in the afternoon. But I took my medication as soon as I got home, had a nap and now the headache is gone and I feel human again. Thank you carbs and Relpax.
