Pretty pissed off I went from 190 and sky rocketed back to 194 in 5 days. EVEN THOUGH i have been eating 1200- 1300 calories a day. . I dont get it .

The same thing has happened to me. Perhaps it's not how much your eating, but what is in the food instead. I know that looking over my food choices helped to determine what types of food I should have been eating in moderation. Hope this helps.
